Pool Executives is looking for an experienced repair professional who can work independently, solve complex equipment problems, and communicate clearly with customers and the office team.
You will join a locally owned, licensed, and insured pool company supported by modern service technology, an established customer base, and a growing repair and renovation operation.
Position at a glance
Compensation
Starting at $30+ per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses
Schedule
Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility when service needs require it
Equipment
Company vehicle and tools provided
Experience
At least three years of hands-on pool repair experience
The work
What the role includes
Equipment Diagnosis
Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, filters, automation, salt systems, plumbing, and related electrical issues.
Repair and Installation
Complete repairs and equipment installations for both residential and commercial pool systems.
Independent Field Work
Assess service needs, plan the repair, and complete quality work with limited supervision.
Customer Communication
Explain findings, recommendations, and completed repairs in a professional and understandable way.
Digital Job Reporting
Use service apps and repair software to document work, photos, materials, and recommendations.
Project Support
Assist with renovation or new-equipment installation projects when your technical experience is needed.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Diagnose, repair, and install common residential and commercial pool equipment.
- Manage repair tasks efficiently while maintaining professional workmanship.
- Communicate with office staff and customers about findings and next steps.
- Track materials and keep the company service vehicle clean and organized.
- Document work through the company’s mobile service systems.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Three or more years of practical pool repair experience.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, automation, salt systems, plumbing, and pool-related electrical work.
- Ability to troubleshoot complicated problems and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfort using mobile apps for communication and documentation.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude and a strong work ethic.
