Pool Executives is seeking a dependable field technician with relevant pool-construction experience, strong physical capability, and a professional approach to jobsite work.
This role supports renovation and construction work while coordinating with project leadership, customers, vendors, and other technicians to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Compensation
$16–$25 per hour depending on experience
Vehicle
Company truck and company credit card provided
Physical Requirement
Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds

The work
What the role includes
Jobsite Support
Assist with assigned pool construction, remodeling, renovation, and equipment-related field work.
Material Handling
Load, transport, organize, and safely handle tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Quality Workmanship
Follow project direction and complete tasks carefully, efficiently, and to company standards.
Site Organization
Maintain an orderly truck and jobsite while protecting the customer’s property.
Team Coordination
Communicate with project managers, technicians, vendors, and office staff as work progresses.
Safety and Reliability
Follow jobsite safety practices, arrive prepared, and support the team consistently.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Complete assigned pool-construction and renovation tasks under project direction.
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Keep the company vehicle and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate progress, needs, and potential issues to project leadership.
- Represent Pool Executives professionally at customer properties.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Experience specifically related to pool construction, remodeling, or renovation.
- Valid driver’s license and responsible driving habits.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work outdoors in Southwest Florida conditions.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow project direction.
