The company services residential and commercial accounts across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Iona, Estero, Sanibel, Captiva, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

Compensation
$20–$23 per hour based on experience, paid weekly
Service Area
Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Iona, Estero, Sanibel, Captiva, and nearby routes
Equipment
Company truck and company credit card provided

The work
What the role includes
Routine Pool Care
Skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, and complete the cleaning work assigned to each account.
Water Chemistry
Test water, balance chemistry, and make informed treatment decisions for safe, clear pools.
Equipment Observation
Inspect circulation and common pool equipment, then report concerns before they become larger problems.
Route Management
Work independently, stay organized, and complete the assigned route consistently and on schedule.
Customer Service
Communicate professionally and represent Pool Executives well at every residential or commercial property.
Digital Reporting
Document completed service, water readings, photos, and issues through company software.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Clean and maintain assigned residential or commercial pools.
- Test and balance water chemistry accurately.
- Inspect equipment and report repair or safety concerns.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.
- Keep service records complete and ensure pools are clean, safe, and operating properly.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Pool-service experience or strong motivation to learn and build a career in the industry.
- Reliable attendance, consistency, and personal accountability.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a service vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Positive, professional attitude and respect for customers and teammates.
